Relax in the hotel, tea, breakfast and lunch

2:00pm to 4:30pm ( Understand the social- economic context, challenges and problems in the village travellers will visit)

4:30pm to 6:00pm, Photo walk click pictures and visit local area

7:00pm onwards - Campfire and dinner and folk music by local students

5:30am to 7:00am: Morning Nature- Walk

8:30am to 3:00pm: Guided Village tour

Group discussion with Villagers - Understand the challenges

Get close to the village life, such us mountain farming (step farming) , village school etc.

3:00pm to 4:30pm (Lunch Time at the Hotel/ tents) - We generally carry fruits with us as a back up during the village tour in case someone feels hungry she/he can have. In past travellers have enjoyed local fruits in the village as well.

7:00am to 9:00am ( Break fast time) Departure for Delhi

This unique journey will be facilitated by a very well experienced, trained and a passionate professional who has volunteered to become a change agent and to inspire others to create an impact in the society. She/ he will join you at the respective destinations and they will ensure to act as a bridge between you and the locals.

Day 1 and 2: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Day 3: Breakfast

Our Menu includes both Veg and Non Veg. To provide you natural flavors of the local area, it will be based on local cuisines such as Gahat ki Dal - Bhaat (Rice and Dal/ lentils), Bhat Ki Chirkani (Special local Dal/ lentils, Pahadi Meat - Bhat/ Rice, Roti(Indian bread), Bal Mithai (sweets) etc.

We should expect a journey full of adventure, fun and new insights about life and at the end it should inspire all of us to do something that can bring happiness through our actions. ( If not in others but sure for self)

Expect cold weather "Please carry your Jackets and pullovers.

We are going to stay in a hotel in Champawat/ Kausani ( Shiva Residency Champawat, Blossom Resorts Kausani)

It has nice spacious rooms with TV, attached Bathrooms.

It is a hygienic place to stay ( In past foreign and Indian Volunteers, development sectors officers from national and International agencies have stayed in the hotel

It has good space for car parking and nice lawn for camp fire

Important: - Keeping in mind the purpose and the place of travel we should not compare it with any high end luxury hotel, it will allow you to enjoy all the basic necessities of life, ensure hygiene and comfortable stay and enjoy local life.
